Refund and Returns Policy

RETURN POLICY:

• All returns must be done within 7 working days
• Shipping cost
• The cost of goods returned is for the customer
• Items must be returned with the original packaging as well as proof of purchase

REFUND METHOD:

Refund will be done via EFT into the customers bank account after goods have been inspected and refund is approved.

• Customer support must be contacted via online@bosveld4x4.co.za with reason for return. No goods will be accepted for refund unless approved by support.

Please provide proof of purchase.
